This orchestra piece was originally written for amplified piccolo, amplified Percussion, Electric Guitar & amplified orchestra (Orkest de Ereprijs) and first performed at the Apeldoorn (Gigant) in March 2008.

The piece is an experiment with additive process techniques of rhythmic elaboration & loudness.

The concept refers to the music scrap around the performance space on stands or walls, the idea of scraping a music instruments, and the expression of being “scrap”.

I programmed this loudest work with the intention that listeners will take the opportunity to discover whether or not this unsystematic approach to rhythmic and melodic scrapping can give rise to a compelling aural experience.

With the exception of eight short sections, the music consists of a continuous string of fast 32th notes, marked “mechanically.”

For the sake of time, I will be performing it without enoght rehaersals. Unfortunately, Scrapping has gradually been regarded a failure (although the premiere was successful) and remains rarely performed, if ever.

An entire performance of the work consists of playing the written over the 100 pages of music and then improvising two pages.

This year, his electric chamber orchestra work is nominated in International contest Gaudeamus musical week and it was performed with experiment ensemble LOOS and Orkest de Ereprijs of the Netherlands in September, 2006, 2007 and 2008.

My Language arts teacher gave us a scrap-booking assignment and i have to do the styles and fashions of 2010?

such as what people wear, the different hairstyles that are in and what not. do you have any idea what pictures i should include because it’s going to be a whole collage of pictures and on 12 by 12 paper and i really want to do my best.

Scrapbookers/card makers, could you give me some adhesive advice?

I like to make postcards by joining two same-size pieces of paper together so that they form basically one card. Obviously the adhesive I use will have to be strong, and I would especially not want the edges to come apart after they have been joined. What adhesive do you recommend for this application?
It should read, "I would like to make postcards…"
Cardstock is fine, but I still want to be able to affix other pages to it (to add pictures, for example). Hope that clears it up.
I didn’t actually mean regular paper, I was thinking of thicker paper like cardstock. But I still want to glue two pieces together.

I make a lot of regular cards in invitations, where I do not want a layer to come apart I have found that Mono Adhesive, Permanent Applicator, Refillable or Mono Aqua Liquid Glue work the best. The first is like a tape the second it a glue, I choose depending on how heavy the paper/stock is I am using. If the paper is thinner the Liquid Glue is not a good choice as it can "wave" the paper. Both have play time for repositioning but become permant in 24 – 72 hours.

What is a good crafting hobby for begginer or than scrapbooking?

I would like to start a hobby where I make nice things but I’m a begginer so what would you suggest other than scrapbooking? I just can’t get into scrapbooking. Also If you can suggest a hobby could you suggest a good website or book to learn how to do it? Thanks So Much.

Beading is a great beginning craft. their are many books on the shelf. its not nearly as expensive either. You can order beads and books from fire mountain and gems.com. Thwy are on awesome source.

What should i put in a scrapbook along with pictures?

Either a scrapbook or a photo album. I have all of these pictures of my cousins and i when we were little and decided to make it more creative than a boring ol’ photo album. Any advice?
